Dickies Arena

The Projects Group partnered with Event Facilities Fort Worth to provide Owner Representation Services for Dickie’s Arena. The space is a 14,000-seat, $540,000,000 arena with ancillary spaces to accommodate a variety of public gatherings and events.

The Arena is in the heart of Fort Worth’s Cultural District, located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center. In addition to the Arena itself, the facility includes an outdoor plaza, warm-up equestrian arena, livestock support area, first-class dining facilities, multiple locker room configurations, a 2,200-space parking structure, and over 200,000 SF of outdoor space. Along with the Fort Worth Stock Show and Rodeo, the venue hosts a wide range of events including hockey and NCAA regulation basketball tournaments, as well as concerts and community attractions.

This Fort Worth icon is the result of a public/private partnership between the City of Fort Worth and private business leaders.
